Thank you for shopping with Éire Workwear. This policy explains how, when, and where we deliver your order. By placing an order on eireworkwear.ie, you agree to the terms set out below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. This includes all 32 counties.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on order size and weight. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- During busy periods (e.g. sales, Christmas), processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Delivery Times
We ship all orders via GLS Ireland. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Dublin and surrounding areas: 1-4 working days
- Rest of Ireland: 1–4 working days
- Remote areas (e.g. parts of the West coast, islands): 2–4 working days
Please note these are estimates provided by GLS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, courier capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your GLS tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track deliveries directly at gls-ireland.com.
GLS will typically contact you by SMS or email on the day of delivery with a time window and options to redirect or reschedule.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, Eircode, and phone number are correct at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping charge will apply.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available when GLS attempts delivery, the courier will leave a card and either:
- Attempt redelivery the next working day, or
- Hold the parcel at a local GLS ParcelShop for collection.
Parcels not collected within the GLS holding period will be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us to arrange redelivery (a second shipping charge will apply).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care to package your order securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [email@eireworkwear.ie].
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (to the packaging and the product)
We will work with GLS to investigate and will either send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement and collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Bank Holidays and Christmas
No orders are processed or dispatched on Irish bank holidays. During the Christmas period, cut-off dates for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery will be announced on our website and by email.
Returns and Refunds
